spring cleaning

We really had it with the ants at our workstation. Luckily, Sheena knew one of the building Uncle and asked him to look at it. Its like coming out from the partitions of our workstations and its conquering our desks like nobody's business.


See those small pixelated ones, those are the dead ants.




Soon after, the pest exterminators were at the scene, with their equipment. They had confirmed that it is ants.



Aida thought her prince charming from the building unit would actually be the one who would come by with to save the day. Unfortunate for her, he didn't come. Meanwhile, we were supposed to be looking out for the ants that was supposed to be running out from the metal holes in the partitions. We set up an operational team, we call ourselves S1 , S2 and S3.


Today is my off day, I managed to sleep till 10 am and am already wide awake. So Aida and I will be gearing up tomorrow to clean up our workstations tomorrow after work. Am going to help mumdo some cooking. Till next time.

Updates.

I left office a little late today. Was concentrating to finish my July statistics at least. So I will be left with August onwards.

Was reading HJ's blog and she uploaded a recent interview with Ris Low, hosted by Perfect 10 DJ, Shan and Ross. I am astounded by the way she speaks and dresses up. She looks weird and delusional. Haiz. Pity her. Shouldn't have laughed at her (!!)


Cant wait for the uniform to be ready! I'll update you again. Tired. Cancelled the appointment with Sophie tonight - our CSI date. Good night all, sweetest dreams. Allah bless you.

Monday Blues.

I hope everyone's Monday was okay.

Walking in to the office, I already expected to see piles of files waiting for my next action. My online cases doubled up as well. Had breakfast while sorting out the workload I had. My stomach was not ready to eat anything yet. I think its traumatized.

There's nothing to talk about, too many things to do and too little time. Everyone else was loquacious as usual. I went up for the uniform measurement and was really excited to get the uniforms. FINALLY , I have the luxury to dress down to work cause I can at least change to the uniform once I am in office. Brilliant isn't ?




My colleague Sita, is due to deliver this week and tomorrow is the begining of her maternity leave. We all wish her the best and may Allah bless her with the most adorable and healthiest baby. And it is also her birthday tomorrow, HAPPY BIRTHDAY babe! Hopefully, your baby will share the same birthday.


I stayed back at work to clear some files so I can continue with my 6 monthly statistics tomorrow morning till lunch time. I hope to finish July and early August by the end of this week. KAMPATE!


Oh yeah... An new senior officer came in today to take over Ms Sin's position I think. Nothing interesting; Hottie LWS gave me a slice of cake, maybe because I think I looked too moody. Wasn't moody, just recuperating from the stomach flu episodes.

InsyaAllah everything goes as per my plan. We'll see.

Relief Or What!

Hah. It might sound disgusting. But its a relief you know after not able to fart after say; 3 days. Alhamdulilah. Thanks to Him. Really taught me a lesson. But I am still away from food for a few days. Depending on water and isotonic drink to stock to my body fluid all thanks to Rubiannah for her advice.

FB video links cannot be trusted at all. Sister's lappy got virus, luckily the virus software acted just in time.

Now in need of H2O, a contact of mine of FB volunteered to help me buy and send it to my place. Thanks Sirh! May Allah bless you! Not that I am lazy or what..Just lacking of energy to bring myself down to the shop. And its super hot out there. My tap water just turned to luke warm imagine that? MasyaAllah.

Wonder who are the people who said I worked until I am unhappy there. Cheh. Say what you want, people. So far work is Alhamdulilah. I am positive when it comes to work. Haha. Always remember what Mama C said. Anyway, let them be. We are all entitled to our own opinions. Despite speaking of all this, just wanted to share; I not affected but you know, its nice to learn different kind of human behaviour - Behavioural Science.


Looking forward to meet my Deli kakis, later. Nurul and hubby will be fetching me later at 6... No food...Cheh. Miss BBQ chickens la..Too bad.

Good things always comes to an end. So does good working colleagues. I mean they don't end as in end - but they got transferred. Especially the senior officers, of all the officers, my dearest DSP Elicia has to go. Sigh. That's a total of 2 already. First it was ASP Melody, cheh. Anyways, she gave me and some of the rest a souvenir. (inset)

Wondering when some of the other senior officers are leaving for good. Those who are difficult to work with. Ha ha.

It is very annoying and depressing when you come to them and they sulked. Hello! Its your job scope - Bad as it may seems, maybe they are pressurized by the management. Sigh. Be thankful at least can?

Stomach Flu...

I am not sure what causes it. All start off when I was getting ready to work and I felt a sudden jolt in my tummy. I threw up thru my nose and mouth (yeah, disgusting) right after my bowels got activated. Never felt so weak before. Started to perspire (and I think its sweating already) I ate my breakfast thinking I would be ok for work, 5 mins later I threw up my mum's coffee black and bread. Sigh. My work load motivated me to come to work. I tried to bring myself up but i only have strength to run to the loo and throw up. Pity my partners. Sigh, mama said there must be a blessing behind all this. Visited Dr John as polyclinics, haiz, you know how terrible the queue down there. The moment I stepped into the clinic all I could think of is to get over and done with the visit and go back home to my loo again. He said its either stomach flu or i ate something wrong. I didn't eat anything funny. So I reckon it has to be stomach flu.
